The EMDR Europe Practice & Research Conference 2023 will be a hybrid event taking place in person at the Bologna Congress Center in Italy and also on a virtual platform.

The official language of the conference is English. The main track will be translated in Italian, Spanish, French and Polish. Some additional languages may be added at a later stage and will be communicated here.

Please note that pre-conference workshops can only be booked in combination with the conference.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION?

The registration fee for participants includes:

  • Admission to the Congress, the Keynotes, the sessions (incl. Opening / Closing), the poster area and the exhibition1

The registration fee for participants does not include:

  • Gala dinner ticket, lunches, travel expenses, accommodation, personal insurance
  • Electronic devices (computer, screen, headphones, etc.) needed to attend the conference online
  • Lunch and dinner
  • Pre-Conference Workshop
  • Trainers' Day and Consultants' Day

TRAINERS DAY AND CONSULTANTS DAY

The Trainers Day and the Consultants Day will also take place in the Bologna Congress Center. As usual, they are scheduled prior to the Conference on Thursday June 22nd, 2023.

Please note that these events are open only to EMDR Europe Accredited Trainers and EMDR Europe Accredited Consultants respectively. The participation in these events is not included in the Conference registration fee and the ticket to attend can only be purchased in combination with the Conference.

 

All information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the EMDR Congress Secretariat, Kuoni Tumlare Congress. You will receive a confirmation letter by email upon completion of the Registration.
